We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us like your name, email address, profile image and mission statement as well as usage-specific information like your Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system and time zone and information from cookies on our website, which we use to better understand how you interact with our website and app so that we can continually improve our service and offering to you.
The reflections, notes and any other content you save on the app besides your personal info mentioned above are stored in Cloud storage, which ONLY our app development team has access to but our policy is to refrain from reading this information unless it is absolutely necessary for the upkeep, improvement or restructuring of the Cloud database. The Gritty Faith team's policy is to never use or disseminate this information for any purpose.

We may use your personal information such as email address, name, browsing history on our website and feedback/queries to do the following:
a. Respond to your queries, comments and complaints to provide you optimal customer service.
b. To improve and/or personalise the products and services we offer you.

However, it is not possible to guarantee 100% security as no system or method is impenetrable to misuse or interception. We will not be held liable to any breach of security that occurs as a result of the third-party information storage systems we use.
5. Can you edit, delete or access your personal information?
You can edit, delete or access your personal information at any time by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on our app or third party apps where there is access to quick editing and options to unsubscribe. However we there may be instance where we are unable to provide access to information you request, including but not limited to instances where that information has legal privilege, may compromise the privacy of others or where the expense of providing access would exceed the risk to your privacy. We will always provide an explanation should access be restricted.
6. Our policy for children's information
We do not aim to collect the information of children under the age of 13. Our products and services are not aimed at this age group. In the instance that we become aware of someone under the age of 13 sharing their information with us, we will act urgently in removing that information from our system. If you are under the age of 18 you must have your parent's approval to access our services.
